Handmade disclaimer

The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade to order and The colours of the item shown in the photo may be slightly different than the real item due to variance in lighting.

Care for your new product(s) by:

  • Always remove your jewelry items before showering or sleeping to avoid tarnishing of the metal.
  • Treat your jewelry items with the same care as you would expect when handling glass.
  • Swarovski Crystals and necklaces chains can be polished with a soft cloth or jewelry cleaning wipe. Immediately dry any moisture from the key that may be left by the wipe.
  • Never submerge your items in jewelry polishes or cleansers. A dry polishing cloth is all that is needed to remove fingerprints and body oil from the pendants.

Shipping and Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies.

If the item pre-made, it will take 1 to 3 days processing time to ship.

A custom item will take 7 to 10 days to process before it’s shipped.

Canada: 3 to 7 business days

North America: 7 to 12 business days

Asia Pacific: 2 to 3 weeks

Europe: 2 to 3 weeks

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 2 to 3 weeks

Latin America and the Caribbean: 2-3 weeks

North Africa and the Middle East: 2-3 weeks

We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but can’t guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose and the customs clear process from different countries.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Returns and exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges if the items defective or damaged upon arrival.

We are happy to exchange you a new one. Please take a picture and email us for the request as soon as you receive the product.

Contact us within: 7 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Repairs and insurance

Each unique pendant and chain are insured with my lifetime hassle-free warranty!

Your warranty carries over to gift recipients as well- no proof of purchase or order number is necessary when requesting a repair.

If your jewelry item ever encounters an accident, simply message me to request a repair.

You are responsible for the shipping charge when sending an item in for repairs BUT I will gladly pay the shipping when returning the pendant back to you!

Disclaimer** It may not always be possible to reproduce limited release products, if you are unable to provide all original components the design may need to be modified. In rare cases it may have to be replaced with another of equal value.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All orders include free complimentary pillow box and ribbon gift wrapping!

However, if you want to make the gift more magical, you can choose the special velvet boxing service by purchase the gift-wrapping box which only cost USD 5 and the present will look extremely stunning. Please see the photo for reference.

You can add a special note to your recipient in the “notes to seller” at checkout and I will gladly print your message.
